Trouble-free lifting/relocating up to 1000 kg
In combination with a machine:
The VHU-1000-B is used in combination with a machine. With the standard lifting eye, it can easily be attached to various machines. This vacuum unit is also equipped with additional fall protection as standard. Two hooks with which the load can be extra secured with the help of a chain or strap when working above 1.5 meters.
Comfort and safety:
A handy control handle and a release valve directly in the neighbourhood ensures that the product can be positioned and released easily. From the working position, there is a direct view of the large vacuum meter so that it is always clear whether it is safe to lift. Finally, the VHU-1000-B is equipped with a frame which is also a vacuum storage tank.
VHU-1000-BVU:
The rental market is an important buyer of our vacuum units. Here people are more often confronted with less experienced users, so there is a need for "double security".
The VHU-1000-BVU is equipped with an additional safety package:
The VHU-1000-B is equipped with its own petrol engine that takes care of the propulsion for the vacuum pump. The unit is therefore not dependent on the machine for its propulsion. This makes it very flexible for you as a user. Which machine do you have available? An excavator, forklift or wheel loader? In all cases the VHU-1000-B is easy to attach, and you can get started.
Handy transport support:
A handy transport bracket is available with the VHU-1000-B. This support ensures that the unit is stable during transport and/or storage and, not unimportantly, does not unnecessarily burden the seal.
Seal:
The wear part of, in principle, all vacuum units is the seal. This is the part that you will replace the most. We do NOT work with flat plates in combination with expensive vulcanized seals. With you (our customer) in mind, we produce suction plates with a profile that allows us to use industrial seals that are cheaper to purchase and easy to replace (also on the construction site).
Of course, a large variety of products up to 1000 kg can be lifted/relocated with the
VHU-1000-B.
Specific application:
One of the most important features of this unit is its low own weight. With only 90 kg it is an ideal unit to use in combination with the smaller mini excavators and mini wheel loaders. It is not too heavy to use on the lifting arm and compact enough to attach to the rear.
2 connections for suction cups:
To keep the VHU-1000-B super flexible, there are several mounting options for the suction plates. The larger suction plates and eventual "small" traverses are mounted with a bolt/nut connection. The smaller suction plates are mounted, using a tube with
pin/hole connection.
Rotor connection:
Finally, it is also possible to equip the VHU-1000-B with a rotor connection instead of the standard lifting eye.
For horizontal lifting/relocating of (concrete) products up to a weight of 1000 kg. Consider tiles large and small, kerbstones, steps and other (concrete) elements.
Unfortunately the VHU-1000-B is not suitable for industrial plates. These plates start from 1400 kg and this is above the working load limit of the VHU-1000-B. For industrial plates you can make a choice from one of the types from the VHU-3000 series
For the VHU-1000-B there is a very extensive range of standard suction plates ranging from 100 kg to 1000 kg.
Delivered as standard; the unit with lifting eye and steering handle. Due to the large selection of suction plates, the suction plate(s) will be added separately. Also the transport support is optional.
