In combination with a machine:
The VHU-3000 is used in combination with a machine. With the standard lifting eye and/or pallet frame it can easily be attached to various machines. This vacuum unit is also equipped with additional fall protection as standard. Two hooks with which the load can be extra secured with the help of a chain or strap when working above 1.5 meters.
Comfort and safety:
With 9 versions of the VHU-3000, there is also plenty of choice here. Anyway, every VHU-3000 has a well-readable vacuum meter and a generously sized vacuum storage tank. In addition, there is a choice of lamp sets, acoustic protection (Safety) and remote control. (Comfort)
The VHU-3000 is equipped with its own combustion engine that takes care of the propulsion of the vacuum pump. The unit is therefore not dependent on the machine for its propulsion. This makes it very flexible for you as a user. Which machine do you have available? An excavator, forklift or wheel loader? In all cases the VHU-3000 is easy to attach and you can get started.
Built-in transport supports:
The VHU-3000 is equipped with built-in transport supports. These supports ensure that the unit is stable during transport and/or storage and, not unimportantly, does not unnecessarily burden the seal.
Seal:
The wear part of, in principle, all vacuum units is the seal. This is the part that you will replace the most. We do NOT work with flat plates in combination with expensive vulcanized seals. With you (our customer) in mind, we produce suction plates with a profile that allows us to use industrial seals that are cheaper to purchase and easy to replace (also on the construction site).
VHU-3000-BVU
There is not only a lot of choice within the VHU-3000 series, its applications are also almost endless. To start with, all (concrete) elements up to 3000 kg can be lifted/relocated.
From 3000 kg to 6000 kg:
We can even "step up"! Optionally the VHU-3000 can be equipped with a spreader bar. In this case lifting is done with the spreader bar instead of the unit. Working load limit of the spreader bar = 6000 kg.
2 connections for suction cups:
To keep the VHU-3000 super flexible, there are several mounting options for the suction plates. The larger suction plates and spreader bars are mounted with a bolt/nut connection. The smaller suction plates are mounted with a chain connection.
Rotor connection:
Finally, it is also possible to equip the VHU-3000-B with a rotor connection instead of the standard lifting eye.
For horizontal lifting/relocating of (concrete) products up to a weight of 3000 kg. In combination with a spreader bar, this even applies to (concrete) products up to 6000 kg.
Certainly the application for which the VHU-3000 is most used is lifting/relocating industrial plates.
I would say "The Sky is the limit". There are suction plates for the VHU-3000 in all shapes, sizes and weights. In the unlikely event that he is not there, we are of course (as a manufacturer) able to produce a suction plate in accordance with customer specifications.
Every VHU-3000 that is equipped with a radiographic remote control also has a manual release valve. If the remote control unexpectedly stops, you can always pick-up and release by using the manual valve..
