Trouble-free lifting/relocating up to 250 kg
Lifting/relocating (concrete) products up to 250 kg? With the VTH-250-A this can be done without any problems. With suction plates ranging between 98 kg. and 250 kg. working load limit, there is a suitable suction plate for every product up to 250 kg.
Hand and Machine:
Each unit is equipped with adjustable steering handles, a lifting eye and a battery charger.
The VTH-250-A can be used by hand, but also very easily on your machine by using the standard lifting eye.
Comfort and safety:
The steering handle is equipped with a manual release valve, so suction and release directly from the steering handle. There are 3 working positions and a transport position. The unit is also equipped with a clearly visible vacuum meter and an acoustic safety signal so it is always clear when it is safe to lift. Finally, the VTH-250-A is equipped with a vacuum storage tank. If the vacuum pump stops for whatever reason, the product will stick! Safety guaranteed!
The VTH-250-A is equipped with a battery that can easily last a day under normal use. He controls his propulsion himself and is not dependent on 230V, hydraulics or any other external source. Charge at night, work during the day.
Low maintenance:
The VTH-250-A is equipped with an exchangeable filter element in a transparent housing. Immediately visible if it is dirty and easy to replace.
Seal:
The wear part of, in principle, all vacuum units is the seal. This is the part that you will replace the most. We do NOT work with flat plates in combination with expensive vulcanized seals. With you (our customer) in mind, we produce suction plates with a profile that allows us to use industrial seals that are cheaper to purchase and easy to replace (also on the construction site).
Multifunctional
2 persons:
In many cases, it will be 2 people who work with a VTH-250-A. Manually anyway, but even if the unit is used in combination with a machine, there is often a second person. However, it is possible to work alone.
VTH Laying Dolly:
With the help of this laying dolly (concrete) products up to 180 kg can be handled by one person. The controls for suction, release, lifting and lowering are located on the steering handle, easy reachable for the operator.

Unfortunately the VTH-250-A is less suitable for porous (concrete) tiles. He feels better at ease with, for example, ceramics and natural stone.
This always depends on the product and the circumstances. With "normal" use you can assume that you can continue to work without problems during the day and that the unit will be recharged during the evening / night.
Yes, there is an extensive range of suction plates: different plates for kerb stones with a working load limit between 98 kg and 230 kg + a large variety of other plates with a working load limit between 100 kg and 250 kg
The VTH-250-A comes standard with a lifting eye, adjustable steering handles and a battery charger. You have to indicate yourself which suction plate(s) you want with it. The unit including accessories is a price and the suction plate(s) is/are a separate price.
